Sense of Pleasure
I want to feel like shit!
In my previous blog I talked about the to look To your vulva. Talk to her, "Hello sweetheart, how are you today?" Sounds strange, but it's fun! It's your first smile of the day, and what better way to start your day than with a smile! "The vertical smile" gives a good feeling that radiates and lifts the horizontal corners of your mouth. 😊
This blog is about feeling. Feeling is experiencing, and that's why we also provide tools and exercises to help you learn to feel and experience yourself from within. Your vagina is your pleasure center. To fully enjoy sex and experience your vagina as a source of sexual pleasure, awareness of feeling is necessary. But there's more; your vagina has a memory!
Besides being a pleasure center, your vagina also stores experiences from the past. Your vagina therefore has a memory that doesn't come through mental thought processes, your thoughts, but through your Feeling . This means that much of what happens is in your subconscious, which we don't always have direct access to, or even want to. Especially when it comes to negative experiences or feelings like shame, guilt, or prohibitions from our childhood. You don't intellectually remember what was said, but your feelings remind you of it...! But we have good news: You can heal yourself and learn to let go of negative feelings so you can open up to new experiences and the world of pleasure! All you need is to get to know your feelings. That sounds like a piece of cake, but it's a challenge and, in fact, a lifelong, winding road. But why wouldn't you want to open up...?
Control over feelings
We tend to suppress our feelings to gain control over ourselves and our emotions. Because "who knows what will surface" when you let go of control? And who hasn't recognized that moment during sex or after an orgasm when you have to cry, laugh, or both at once?
But what does the feeling actually say? Listen to it with compassion and know that you can create another feeling in its place… By working with the opening your feeling in your vagina, By consciously connecting with her, you awaken a powerful force that allows your heart and mind to open. You can use this power to free yourself from negative feelings and everything that prevents you from living fully; to make room for love, joy, and freedom.
Have the courage to feel and choose pleasure.
In our Western culture, we are not guided or encouraged to experience pleasure (sexually). Feeling is primarily seen as irrational, a weakness, and even an argument that women are unprofessional in leadership positions. Feeling is confused with emotions, while it's actually about intuition.
We know that feeling is a source of strength that can help you choose what gives you joy and compassion in life. Following your gut, your intuition, is an act of strength . You need not only the courage, but also the knowledge and tools to learn how to do it.
How can you become a fully conscious human being and feel pleasure from head to toe in your divine body? Our ambition with these blogs is to inspire you to become one with your vagina. To make you aware that obstacles to feeling and experiencing your body can be transformed. So that, little by little, you become more familiar with your intuition and feel more deeply. The path to this is the vagina!
Create yourself every day!
The feeling in your vagina is about total self-awareness. Getting to know your vagina's peculiarities is also very helpful. It can reveal a lot about your mood, health, and cycles. The influence of stress, hormones, and unhealthy eating is often immediately noticeable in your vagina. By gaining insight into this, you create space and understanding for yourself. You can observe that your vagina is connected to your spirit and soul, but also to your entire body. For example, it is directly connected to your mouth.
Try it: purse your lips and you'll feel something happening in your vagina. Do the exercise below and start creating… yourself! Every single day.
Pussy Breathing Exercise
Breathing is the essence of getting to know the body.
You breathe all day and night. About 8 to 18 times per minute. You don't think about it; it happens unconsciously. When you consciously feel your breathing, you start to experience your body.
Get to know your feelings by breathing consciously and reassure yourself when needed. Breathing helps you get to know your own body, and there's nothing to be afraid of. Hold the feeling for a moment and let it sink in, let go, and relax. You can learn it!
- Sit or lie down somewhere quiet.
- Where do you feel your breath in your chest or abdomen? What do you feel? Is there tension, pain, or discomfort anywhere?
- Now connect with your vagina by directing your breath there. Train the depth of your breath to inhale and exhale through your vagina; in effect, gently squeeze your vagina outward as you exhale and gently pull it in and up as you inhale.
This way you get the blood flowing and after some practice, this breathing will make you tingle with pleasurable excitement!
Every day is new and different! It's ideal to do this exercise in the morning before getting out of bed. Greet your vagina every day and notice how you feel. Say it out loud, put it into words. And, make space to let go and cultivate feelings that benefit you!
That gives room for new experiences!
A good book to get started with this is The Sexual Secrets of Women by Mantak Chia. Stemming from the Taoist tradition, this book delves deeper into breathing techniques and the flow of sexual energy in your body. It also explores how to tap into the inexhaustible source of sexual energy, how to increase and awaken it, and how to use it for your health, goals, and enjoyment of life!
