ORDER AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

Mail & Female is entitled to deliver orders in parts.
Delivery will be made via PostNL to the address specified by the customer.
Mail & Female is responsible for the proper delivery of the product. The risk associated with the products passes to the customer upon delivery.
Delivery time in the Netherlands is usually the day after ordering. However, delivery time varies between one and ten business days, depending on the speed of various payment options and whether the product is in stock. If a product is out of stock, you will be notified.

For deliveries to countries within Europe, an additional delivery time of approximately 5 (five) business days applies. For countries outside Europe, an additional delivery time of approximately 10 (ten) business days applies. Shipping costs apply for shipments to addresses both within and outside the Netherlands. These prices are available on the Mail & Female website. The amount of these shipping costs depends on the weight and size of the item, as well as whether the address is within or outside Europe.

The delivery times stated are indicative only. Exceeding any delivery deadline does not entitle you to compensation, nor does it entitle you to cancel your order or terminate the agreement, unless the delivery deadline is so late that you cannot reasonably be expected to maintain the agreement. In that case, you are entitled to cancel the order or terminate the agreement to the extent necessary.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All prices include VAT and shipping costs (from €50). This applies only to shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium.

POSTAGE COSTS
For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, we offer free shipping for orders over €50. For orders under €50, we charge €4.95 in shipping costs. For orders outside of the Netherlands, within Europe (including Luxembourg, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, and Spain), various costs apply, which you can find on the order page.
