ORDERING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

Mail & Female is entitled to deliver orders in parts.
Delivery takes place via PostNL to the address specified by the customer.
Mail & Female is responsible for a proper delivery of the product. The risk with regard to the products passes to the customer at the time of delivery.
The delivery time in the Netherlands is usually the day after ordering. However, the delivery time varies between one and ten working days, partly depending on the speed of the various payment options and whether the product is in stock. If a product is not in stock, you will be notified.

For delivery to countries within Europe, an additional delivery time of approximately 5 (five) working days is applied. For countries outside Europe, an additional delivery time of approximately 10 (ten) working days applies. Shipping costs will be charged for shipments to addresses within and outside the Netherlands. These prices are available on the Mail & Female website. The amount of these shipping costs depends on the weight and size of the item as well as whether the address is within or outside Europe.

The specified delivery times are only indicative. Exceeding any delivery term does not entitle you to compensation or the right to cancel your order or to dissolve the agreement, unless the exceeding of the delivery term is such that you cannot reasonably be expected to maintain the agreement. In that case you are entitled to cancel the order or to dissolve the agreement insofar as this is necessary.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All prices include VAT and include shipping costs (from € 50). This only applies to shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium.

POSTAGE COSTS
For shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium, we do not charge delivery costs from € 50. For shipments under € 50, we charge € 4.95 shipping costs. For an order abroad, within Europe (including Luxembourg, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Austria and Spain), various costs apply, which you can find on the order page.
