As soon as the article has been received by the customer, he has the obligation to check whether the product meets the agreement. If this is not the case, the article can be returned to Mail & Female within 14 days. Mail & Female will send you a new product.

You have the right to return the product to Mail & Female within 14 days after delivery. The costs for return shipments are for your own account. Mail & Female will return the price of the product to the specified bank account within 14 days.

Note: For reasons of hygiene, we do not exchange vibrators, dildos, nipple clamps, massage oils and other products that are used intimately. Unless these products are sealed. Unsealed DVDs cannot be exchanged either.

TIP: BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FROM THE LISTED CATEGORIES, ASK WHETHER THE PRODUCT OF YOUR CHOICE IS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.

Mail & Female will reimburse all payments made by the customer, including any delivery costs charged, immediately but within 14 days following the day on which the customer reports the cancellation. Unless Mail & Female offers to collect the product itself, we may wait with the refund until we have received the product or until the customer demonstrates that the product has been returned, whichever is the earlier. Mail & Female uses the same payment method that the customer has used for reimbursement, unless the customer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge for the customer.
