RETURN POLICY
Once you've received the product, you're obligated to check whether it meets the agreement. If it doesn't, you can return it to Mail & Female within 14 days. Mail & Female will send you a new product.
You have the right to return the product to Mail & Female within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Mail & Female will refund the product price to the bank account you provided within 14 days.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we do not exchange vibrators, dildos, nipple clamps, massage oils, or other products for intimate use unless they are sealed and unopened.
TIP: BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER FROM THE CATEGORIES MENTIONED, PLEASE ASK IF THE PRODUCT OF YOUR CHOICE IS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.
Mail & Female will refund all payments made by the customer, including any delivery costs, without delay, but within 14 days of the day on which the customer reports the cancellation. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the product or until the customer provides proof of return, whichever is earlier. Mail & Female will use the same payment method the customer used for the refund, unless the customer agrees to a different method. Refunds are free of charge for the customer.
