Your PC muscles are the pelvic floor muscles that hold your abdominal organs in place. We all know by now that training can keep our pelvic floor muscles in good shape. It prevents very annoying "female ailments" like prolapse and urinary incontinence.
What we'd like to highlight is our experience of pleasure. Because, crucially—and not everyone realizes this—by exercising these muscles, we can increase the quality of our sexual pleasure and orgasm.
