De G-spot bestaat

The G-spot exists

What is the G-spot, and does it even exist? Some scientists are still debating this. Since we've learned more about the clitoris, the G-spot has been called the "back" of the clitoris. Other scientists refer to it as the "female" or "vaginal" prostate.

For now, we'd like to focus on the experiences of a growing number of women with this special spot, which can also make us ejaculate. Recently, the G-spot has also been called the G-zone. This is somewhat "safer," as we still don't know exactly what the G-spot is. For now, it seems it's not one specific spot, but rather a "zone"—a small area in the vagina where a lot of pleasure can be experienced.

The G-spot is the area named after the German gynecologist Ernst Grafenberg, who discovered this magical spot on the inner abdominal wall of the vagina. Dr. Grafenberg, with his "discovery" some 100 years ago, has been the proud namesake of the G-spot ever since.

Where is the G-spot?

But where exactly is your G-spot, and how can you find it? It's a spongy patch of tissue that fills with fluids as you become aroused. That's why, when you're very aroused and in pleasure, you can even ejaculate! You can find the G-spot by inserting a curved finger. The spot is located about 2.5 to 4 cm just past the vaginal opening, towards the abdomen.

If you move your bent fingertip toward your abdominal wall, you'll feel a slightly rougher patch of skin. For some women, this area lies just beyond the vaginal opening, while for others, it's deeper inside the vagina. For some, it's a round shape like a walnut or raspberry, while for others, the G-spot is more oval and longer.

While the size, depth, and location of the G-spot vary from woman to woman, one thing is certain: you only feel the G-spot when you're aroused. The hornier you are, the more you'll feel it!

So you might not feel anything when you're not yet aroused. As you become more aroused, blood flows to your genitals, and the G-spot swells. You can then clearly see the G-spot if you pull your vagina open sideways with a speculum. We have several excellent books that will fully educate you on female ejaculation or squirting and the phenomenon of the G-spot orgasm.

G-spot woman: vaginal ejaculation, squirting or squirting

In ancient Egypt, G-spot ejaculate was considered sacred, and its juice a potent elixir of life. Just to show you, we're not talking about a modern fad here!

We all know that women can ejaculate, but how it happens remains unknown. And unknown breeds unloved. Especially in the world of science. Imagine: you've ever experienced being completely wet, almost soaked, during intense arousal and an orgasm. That can be an embarrassing situation if you don't understand the origin—let alone the pleasure—of the phenomenon.

The moisture comes from the G-spot and even though it goes through the urethra, it is No urine. It doesn't smell like urine either. This fluid is similar to the production of seminal fluid, which originates in the prostate.

But do women and vagina owners have a prostate?

A study and research by Dr. Milan Zaviacic of Comenius University in Slovakia shows that women have a prostate. According to him, the female prostate has two important functions:

  1. The production of hormones (Neuroendocrine). The prostate plays an important role in the female hormonal system, producing serotonin and estrogen.
  2. In addition, vaginal ejaculation also plays a role in the Fertilization . The glucose in this vaginal ejaculation and the glucose in semen create a fertile environment for sperm.

G-spot versus clitoris

Stimulating the G-spot feels different from directly stimulating the clitoris. Clitoral stimulation produces an electrically similar, rapidly building, somewhat superficial tension that is directed inward.

Stimulating the G-spot produces a somewhat muted, slowly expanding, and deeper arousal, directed outward. You're essentially "throwing it out." As a result of this slower arousal, the peak is often less pronounced. Many women, therefore, don't realize they're experiencing a vaginal orgasm.

The intensity of the orgasm is influenced, among other things, by the pelvic nerve, one of the strongest nerves in our body. This nerve connects the G-spot to the nerve ganglia of the spine and the upper abdomen. Essential for a G-zone orgasm and sensation in your vagina are the PC muscles . The better you know your vagina, inside and out, the more you'll feel. Read more about training your PC muscles here

What does Freud have to do with it?

Although the existence of the G-spot is being debated again at a scientific level, many women are certain; it exists! One of the women who has been championing the existence of the G-spot and female ejaculation for years is Deborah Sundahl .

She is an American from the progressive San Francisco movement, where people from the 1970s onwards have actively advocated for a positive approach to sexuality, porn and equality of all genders and sexualities.

Sundahl is a guru when it comes to the G-spot orgasm, in which she also opposes a movement within feminism that holds the view that "the vaginal orgasm doesn't exist." This view, in turn, is a reaction to Freud, who claimed that a woman is only "mature" when she "can climax vaginally." In Freud's view, the clitoral orgasm is "incomplete."

You can imagine the feminist backlash against Freud's vision, because how many women have experienced vaginal orgasms through personal experience? But denying them is even worse, because it doesn't help us any further. So we're happy and proud of women like Deborah Sundahl, who teaches us how to make your vagina orgasmic.

The Gateway to Deeper Love & Intimacy

Awakening your G-spot requires an experience and sexual technique that goes beyond the Western "on and off." Deborah Sundahl has gained her knowledge from Eastern love philosophies: Taoism and Tantra. She calls the G-spot "The gateway to deeper love and intimacy " because the orgasmic sensation is one of body-penetrating and soul-satisfying feelings of love. With this knowledge of satisfaction within reach, we are at the beginning of an exciting new phase in the evolution of female and vaginal sexuality.

Stimulating the G-spot: never practice dry!

It's important that the entire erogenous zone is well-circulated. This means you need to be nicely aroused to feel your G-spot. When aroused, the sponge fills with fluids, allowing the area to be easily explored and stimulated. In any case, start with lubricant to make everything excitingly smooth, then it will automatically get wet :-)

An erotic massage with special attention to the Yoni is a perfect preparation. Read here how to yoni massage gives. Your partner can also give you oral sex in combination with G-spot massage.

Toys and positions

G-spot vibrators are specially designed to effectively stimulate this special spot. With the G-kii, you can stimulate the clitoris, vulva, and vagina, for example. When everything is juicy, you move the vibrator in and out of your vagina to activate the G-spot.

Many penises, with their glans, are also perfectly designed for G-spot stimulation. During penetration, you can easily control the stimulation yourself. For example, sit on top during sex or have yourself penetrated from behind ("doggy style"). Both positions are good for the G-spot.

The most important thing is your mental state: trust your body and enjoy new sensations. Surrender to the feelings of pleasure, because sex is also, and primarily, all in your head. Have fun on your journey of discovery to the G-spot!
