Nova Kegel Balls consists of a set of Ben-Wa balls with which you can go through an entire exercise track for super love muscles. The balls differ in size and weight. This way you build up your training to achieve the best result.
The largest ball is of course nice to start with. Nice and big so that it takes the least effort to keep it inside. This ball is also the lightest in terms of weight.
It is recommended to wear the Ben-Wa ball for 30 minutes a day for a whole month. You can do that longer - a whole day - as long as you like it.
Then, after the single ball, do the same with the double ball and after 30 days you repeat the exercise with the heaviest weight.
Together you are about 3 months further, but then you have also achieved something! Your vaginal muscles have increased enormously in strength. The balls are encased in a soft silicone layer.
