It's unfortunate if you have a complaint about the service you've experienced. However, we kindly ask that you submit your complaint to our customer service department by email. You can do this by email, regular mail, and/or by phone. Our Mail & Female team will review your complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.

After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.
We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If it requires more time, we will notify you. If you prefer not to receive this information, you can always contact the mediation department of the Webshop Quality Mark Foundation, to which Mail & Female is affiliated. If, for any reason, the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you can submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
