Yoni Eieren, waar op te letten?!

Yoni Eggs, what to look out for?!

Jade

Besides being a beautiful stone, jade is also very powerful, which is why it was also called "Dragon Seed" in ancient China. Jade is non-porous, meaning it's rock-hard and impermeable to other substances. This prevents bacteria from being absorbed. This makes the Jade Egg ideal for inserting into your vagina and performing exercises.

There are 2 types of Jade; Nephrite & Jadeite

Nephrite Jade

This stone is considered THE jade stone for yoni eggs. It's very compact, pure, and condensed, making it very strong and heavy. A genuine nephrite is harder than steel, and scratching it with a knife shouldn't leave a scratch.

This stone is rich in calcium and magnesium minerals and has healing properties. It is called the "Heavenly Stone." Scientific research has shown that nephrite emits radiation that has healing properties for the body, particularly for the kidneys, skin, blood circulation, and osteoarthritis. In China, nephrite symbolizes purity and life itself.

The color is usually dark green, but can also occur in white and red. Its hardness is 6-6.5 on the Mohs scale. Gravity is 2.90-3.02. Chemical composition: calcium and magnesium.

Jadeite

This stone comes primarily from Myanmar, Russia, and Guatemala. It can come in a variety of shades, from speckled lilac to dark green. It is much more valuable and therefore more expensive.

Available in green, pink, lilac, and yellow. It has a hardness of 6.5-7 on the Mohs scale. Its hardness range is 3.30-3.50. Its chemical composition is sodium and aluminum.

How do you recognize fake jade?

Many jade eggs sold from China aren't actually made of jade, but rather of serpentine, a more transparent marble, or green onyx. These fake jade stones are also called Xiujan jade or water jade. These stones are of lower quality. They can chip and discolor more easily over time. You can often scratch off the top layer of the stone with a file, and you don't want to put that in your precious Vayayay! Therefore, it's important to get the stone you want and order it from a reputable supplier.

Therefore, always ask the following questions when ordering:

  • Are the Jade Eggs real Nephrite jade?
    • If the answer is yes, ask about lab tests, specific stone compactness, and a refractive index.
  • Where did the stone originally come from?
    • Canada and Russia have the most nephrite mines. If the nephrite jade comes from elsewhere, it's most likely fake. In China, nephrite has been depleted, and serpentine and onyx are often substitutes in China.

You can also get eggs made of rock crystal , jasper , and rose quartz . Be careful not to drop these and store them properly, as these stones are softer than jade and therefore more likely to splinter or break. Another rock-hard stone is obsidian.

This is a very powerful stone made of volcanic glass. Obsidian is formed when volcanic lava comes into contact with water. The result is a stone that cools so quickly that it doesn't have time to crystallize, giving it its shiny, glassy texture and smooth structure.

It cleanses, transforms negative energy, and grounds the first chakra like no other stone. If you're struggling with disharmony and anxiety, Obsidian is a perfect stone to help you release these feelings.

What size should I take?

The smaller the egg, the harder it is to keep her inside. Therefore, start with a medium to large egg . Especially if you've had children, a larger egg is the best option. You'll have to work a little less hard to keep the egg inside you and do exercises with it. After a while, your pelvic floor muscles will become stronger, and you can switch to a smaller size.

If you are already familiar with the exercises and are under 30 you can go for medium or small .

Cleaning and Care

Just like your Yoni, the Jade Egg is very special. Therefore, treat it with love and care for it well. Store it in a safe place and wrap it in a soft cloth or bag after use.

Proper cleaning after use is essential. This way, you nip any bacteria in the bud and it's ready and clean for the next use!

When using the egg for the first time, clean it extra thoroughly. Do this by soaking the egg in warm water with a dash of vinegar or a drop of tea tree oil. Let the egg sit in the water for 10 minutes, then rinse and rub it thoroughly with warm water.

Energetically, you can also cleanse the egg by soaking it overnight in a bowl of warm water and sea salt. You can also place the egg in the moonlight or sunlight to fill it with powerful energy. Your Yoni can then absorb this energy!

Never boil your egg! This is very dangerous. It can cause the stone to splinter and lose its active properties.

Afraid you won't be able to get the EGG out anymore?

Don't worry, this is impossible. They can't get stuck, and certainly can't pass through your cervix into your uterus. The opening is far too narrow for that.

If you feel like you can't get the egg out, it's because you're tensing all your pelvic floor muscles. Then, squat down and relax. It will then fall out when you relax your muscles, as if you were laying an egg!
